Small Business Enhanced Financial Reporting
What’s Included:
- Monthly Financial Review Report including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows and common financial KPIs and ratios. Will include historical period data and year over year comparison of financial performance.
- Monthly Financial Reporting Dashboard.
- Client Portal where you can access these items and historical copies of your Monthly Financial Review Reports.
- Every six months, we will send an email invitation to allow you to book a one-hour meeting with an experienced CFO to go over your financial results.
Note: Dashboards are live and cannot be historically preserved in the Client Portal.
What the Client Provides:
- Access to QBO or Xero as an Accountant User.
- The date per month when the accounting month end will be completed.
- Your billing information and email address.
Note: This service is only available to companies using QBO or Xero who will allow us direct access. Auto-pay is required.
Who is this for:
- Small business owners who do not believe they are ready for the involvement of a Fractional CFO.
- Small business owners who need or want more clarity in the presentation of their financial data than can be provided from directly exported financial reporting from their finance system.
What is not included:
- Analysis or feedback on your financial performance and reporting.
- Any meetings to discuss your financial performance.
- Forward looking forecasting.
- Recommendations on strategic initiatives.
- Recommendations on improvement of financial reporting.
- Reporting on any operational KPIs or metrics.
