Nicole Sithithavorn Founder/CEO
Nicole Sithithavorn is the Founder and CEO of YC Partners, a Fractional CFO firm, specializing in finance and operations strategies to drive value for business owners. She has a proven track record of success in both finance and operations, with a focus on middle market and small businesses, related to her experience as a CFO and COO of her own middle-market direct-to-consumer firm. Her experience spans across a variety of industries, as does that of her team. She is passionate about the successes and achievements of small businesses and their employees, as she believes that small businesses are the backbone of our communities. Located in Frederick, MD, but working virtually with clients nationwide.
Kevin Felton Fractional CFO
Kevin Felton is a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of experience driving financial performance for growth-oriented companies. He possesses a proven ability to develop strategic financial plans and implement them for success, optimize operational efficiency and streamline processes and build and lead high-performing finance teams with a focus on talent development. Kevin is a results-oriented leader with strong communication skills and a proven ability to navigate seasonal fluctuations. He excels at risk mitigation and identifying opportunities for growth. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and resides in the Boston, MA area.
Thomas Guarino Fractional CFO
Thomas “TJ” Guarino is a seasoned, data-driven financial executive with over 25 years of corporate experience, including more than 15 years in senior leadership roles (VP/CFO) across government contracting and other industries. He is a proven leader in delivering enterprise-level ERP, accounting, and financial reporting systems, as well as providing strategic C-suite guidance in financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, and building high-performance finance teams. TJ supports a range of small to mid-sized companies across diverse sectors, including professional services and CPA firms, international pharmaceutical diagnostics, construction, and government contractors. In addition, he serves as a subject matter expert in ERP, accounting, and financial system consulting and implementation. TJ holds a graduate degree in management from Johns Hopkins University. TJ resides in Annapolis, MD.

Kevin Davis Fractional CFO
Kevin Davis is a seasoned financial and accounting professional with over 30 years of experience delivering advisory, auditing, and investigative services to corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and boards of directors. He has provided guidance to senior management, audit committees, and legal counsel on a wide variety of strategic finance matters. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as Principal and Partner at two international accounting firms, where he managed audit engagements for organizations with annual budgets from $20 million to more than $750 million. He has also directed complex financial investigations concerning accounting irregularities, internal control breaches, and whistleblower complaints. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the College of William & Mary.
Hugh Glazer Fractional CFO
Hugh Glazer is a career CFO and COO who has built and led finance and business operations teams at more than ten organizations, ranging from early-stage ventures to established enterprises with workforces as large as 500 people. He has held senior finance and operations roles at The New England Journal of Medicine, Macmillan, and Simon & Schuster. His experience spans professional services, publishing, education, software, distribution, and not-for-profit organizations.
Hugh has deep experience advising architecture and engineering firms. As CFO in Residence with the Business of Architecture group, he provided financial and operational guidance to firm leaders. He has also helped more than 15 architecture firms select and implement practice management systems. As a senior Business Advisor in the Goldman Sachs/Babson 10,000 Small Businesses initiative, he has advised over 200 CEOs. He also spent 29 years as a coach in Babson College’s leadership training program.
Hugh has held a Certified Public Accountant and has served as a commercial arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Neutrals. He resides in the greater Boston area.
Kyle McClain Business Development Specialist
Kyle McClain is a growth-oriented Business Development Executive who specializes in the intersection of strategic finance and business development. He excels at helping small and mid-sized businesses identify the financial infrastructure necessary to drive growth, margins, and scalability while also building complex partnerships.
With a deep understanding of how financial clarity fuels business expansion, Kyle works closely with founders to align their operational goals with high-level growth strategies. Kyle is dedicated to empowering business owners to transition from day-to-day management to long-term strategic leadership. Throughout his career, Kyle has built a reputation for establishing connections throughout multiple industries and understanding the always changing trends and environments of the business community.
