Nicole Sithithavorn

Nicole Sithithavorn is a licensed CPA in Maryland working as a Fractional CFO and leading a small team of other Fractional CFOs, specializing in finance and operations strategies. She has a proven track record of success in both finance and operations, with a focus on middle market and small businesses, related to her experience as a CFO and COO of her own middle-market direct-to-consumer firm. Her experience spans across a variety of industries, as does that of her team. She is passionate about the successes and achievements of small businesses and their employees, as she believes that small businesses are the backbone of our communities. Located in Frederick, MD, but working virtually with clients nationwide.

Kevin Felton

Kevin Felton is a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of experience driving financial performance for growth-oriented companies. He possesses a proven ability to develop strategic financial plans and implement them for success, optimize operational efficiency and streamline processes and build and lead high-performing finance teams with a focus on talent development.  Kevin is a results-oriented leader with strong communication skills and a proven ability to navigate seasonal fluctuations. He excels at risk mitigation and identifying opportunities for growth. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and resides in the Boston, MA area.

Thomas Guarino

Thomas “TJ” Guarino is a seasoned, data-driven financial executive with over 25 years of corporate experience, including more than 15 years in senior leadership roles (VP/CFO) across government contracting and other industries. He is a proven leader in delivering enterprise-level ERP, accounting, and financial reporting systems, as well as providing strategic C-suite guidance in financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, and building high-performance finance teams. TJ supports a range of small to mid-sized companies across diverse sectors, including professional services and CPA firms, international pharmaceutical diagnostics, construction, and government contractors. In addition, he serves as a subject matter expert in ERP, accounting, and financial system consulting and implementation. TJ holds a graduate degree in management from Johns Hopkins University. TJ resides in Annapolis, MD.

Jim Gemmell

Jim Gemmell is an experienced finance executive with over a decade of success in real estate development, construction, and property management. He specializes in financial strategy, forecasting, and operations for small to middle-market businesses, drawing from his background working with both entrepreneurial firms and large institutional organizations. His experience includes leading the FP&A department for a $100 billion Blackstone portfolio company, where he managed complex forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling across thousands of assets.


Jim has a proven track record of implementing zero-based budgeting processes, KPI-driven reporting systems, and real-time cash flow forecasting, providing leadership teams with clear insights to support data-driven decision-making. He is passionate about helping small businesses improve their financial operations and profitability, recognizing their essential role in building strong communities.

Debra Tyson

Debra has nearly 30 years of sales and business development experience in a variety of industries such as telecommunications, digital marketing/sales, newspaper advertising sales, magazine advertising sales, and ad specialty sales. Debra is an Army Veteran having served in the US Army Reserves with the 197th Target Exploitation Detachment assigned to the Army Security Agency, now the US Army Intelligence & Security Command, where she also worked as a civilian employee of the Department of Defense. When not working, Debra enjoys spending time with family and friends, and serving on the Board of Directors for East Frederick Rising, a local non-profit organization.
